Refund policy

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the product's value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Products that are clearly personalized or produced according to the customer's specific requirements may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
